I think we did it!

My husband and I are on the right track in getting Mr. Tibbs to eat his fruits.  On Saturday, we said that we were going to chop the apples in smaller pieces and try to feed him on Wednesday.  When we tried to feed him while he was on top of the cage, he didn't want to eat any.  It took him getting on my shoulder to even "taste" the apple.  Once he saw the plate, he jumped on it while I was holding it with one hand and his favorite bell in the other.  He actually bit one piece but next time we are going to shred the pieces.
