For New Years Day, Brian and I decided to try the Homemade Taco Bowls again, but this time, Brian placed them in a muffin pan.
You just follow the same directions as before, minus the aluminum foil, and they come out in a better cup shape. We added rice, chicken and beans in our bowls.
To save the extra cups, we just placed them in a zip lock bag and left them out in room temperature. I'm eating them for lunch, so I can't wait!
