Weekend and some change recap!

Happy Tuesday! (Wow I can't believe it!)

My day has been filled with site visits and meetings, so now I finally have time to sit down and type.

This past weekend we ended up watch Rio!  We tried to include Mr. Tibbs in it, but because it was past his bed time, he was a super cranky pants.  The next morning he was an angel and tried to make up for it the whole weekend.  Sorry Tibbs...I'm the one that has to clean up your poop!

I also tried studying a little for the ARE.  I pulled out my old college books from my car and my shelves and tried to tackle Site Planning.  When I was in school, I wish some of the material would have "clicked" for me.  I finally started to understand it when I applied it to my internship, but the same internship would have been helpful 3 years ago.  All I know is that this process is going to be a while...

This weekend, I told my husband about the Pillsbury Grands Biscuit commercial where they use the biscuit as mini pizzas.  So yesterday, we decided to make Breakfast Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza!

Mini Breakfast Pizza (using Grands Biscuits)
Ingredients:
For Breakfast Pizza:
-Diced Peppers
-White gravy
-Shredded Cheese
-Scrambled Eggs

For Pepperoni:
-Diced Peppers
-Pizza Sauce
-Pepperoni
-Diced Onions

Directions:-Preheat the oven to 375.
-Press each biscuit into 6-inch round.
-Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheets.
-Top each round with ingredients.

-Bake at 375°F 10 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Look how yummy they turned out (excuse my greediness on the right)

Anyway, I need to finish some work.  Cya!

It's Fridayyyy :-P

Yaaay it's Friday!

I remember when I was a kid and Friday was my favorite day of the week.  Now that I'm older and Fridays are completely boring (my job has furloughed a couple of my co-workers so it's a ghost town in here), I have officially named Thursdays as the best day ever.  On Thursdays, between 8pm - 10pm, my husband and I are glued to the tv.  Here is our schedule:

8pm - The Vampire Diaries on the CW
9pm - The Office on NBC
930pm - Whitney on NBC

Our emotions range from sadness to laughter within those two hours.  Anyway, tonight is Family Night and we will be watch Rio!  I can't wait.  Hopefully, Mr. Tibbs doesn't get an attitude like he did last night.  I was trying to get my husband to take the picture of Tibby and I and he got mad because Brian got too close to him.  So he started to associate the camera to Brian. Every time I held up the camera, Tibby continued to hiss.  This was our best picture:

Anyway, time to finish researching study material for the ARE exam.  This is going to be a loooooong day!

Weekend Recap

Happy Monday! (even though it's "blah" for me)

This weekend, I tried to bring back "Mommy and Me" night with Mr. Tibbs.  When Smallville use to come on at 8pm on Friday, Mr. Tibbs use to be on my shoulder with his eyes glued to the tv.  As the wedding got closer and when Smallville when off the air, the routine went away.  After my husband moved in and Friday nights changed, I think Mr. Tibbs held a grudge with Brian.

(Last year with Tibby)

This past weekend, I tried to do something a little different.  Instead, I changed "Mommy and Me" night to "Family Night" with my husband, Mr. Tibbs and I.  We end up watching Up.

"By tying thousands of balloon to his home, 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen sets out to fulfill his lifelong dream to see the wilds of South America. Right after lifting off, however, he learns he isn't alone on his journey, since Russell, a wilderness explorer 70 years his junior, has inadvertently become a stowaway on the trip. " -Imdb.com
It is the cutest movie I have ever seen...and Mr. Tibbs thought so too, lol.  If you have seen the movie, they have a bird named "Kevin."  Every time Kevin came on the screen or they said "bird," Tibby lit up.  I think he was so happy, that he didn't want to go to bed.  Gotta love spoiling Mr. Tibbs!

Next Friday, we will be watching Rio!
