Recipe #5...well 6: Pizza Calzones

Happy Wednesday!

Last night, my husband and I decided to make pizza again.  After searching on the Pillsbury website, I found a recipe for Calzones.  It uses the same ingredients from the Mini Pizzas but you fold the biscuits instead.  It was pretty yummy!

Pizza Calzones (using Grands Biscuits)
Ingredients:
-Diced Peppers
-Pizza Sauce
-Pepperoni
-Diced Onions
-Grands Biscuits

Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 375.
-Press each biscuit into 6-inch round.
-Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheet.
-Top half of the round with ingredients to within 1/2 inch of edge.

-Fold dough over filling; press edges with fork to seal.
-Bake at 375°F 12 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Yet again Brian decided to be different...

I'm having a calzone and leftover spaghetti for lunch.  I can't wait to eat it!
