Mr. Tibbs has a couple of favorite TV shows he watches on a regular. He loves Elmo, Daniel Tiger and
The Chica Show on the weekends, while he will watch anything else that will catch his eye. I don't know if it's because of the bright colors or all the songs that they have on the show but he watches the whole episode and whistles along. On Saturday, he got another dose of The Chica Show.
